Its content enables participants to learn the many secrets of the “Art of Tasting”, but also to appreciate the mind-bending complexity involved in making Bordeaux wines. Discover more about the vineyards of Bordeaux and their world famous wines!

Weekly Program:

20 general French morning lessons

3 afternoon sessions at a local Wine school

2 afternoon excursions (visiting chateaux) per week

Culinary Adventures


Whether you are an amateur or professional in culinary, a great way to discover a city is to take a regional cooking class. Cooking classes offered through Education and Travel Consultants include a local market tour, shopping for the ingredients for the class and a food culture presentation. Classes can last a minimum of a half day  and may be extended for a longer time if you would like to schedule visit a vineyard, an olive, wine or cheese tasting or any other available activities. Programs can be tailor made including activities for children and teens if traveling with the family.

You want to add language classes? Study French, Italian, Spanish, German or the language of the country you are visiting in the morning and head off to culinary adventures in the afternoons.

Partial Scholarships Available

Business Projects through its Study Abroad Opportunities Program offers a limited number of partial scholarships. Scholarships are available for Language Studies, Culinary Programs, Food Styling and Food Photography Courses, Art & Design, Wine Studies and many other areas of interest.
